Baggage Guidelines & Allowances
Carry-on, checked baggage, and sports equipment allowances.
Carry-On Baggage
All Standard Economy, Blue Extra, and Mint Suite fares include one free personal item and one free standard overhead carry-on.
- Personal Item: Max 17 x 13 x 8 in. Must fit completely beneath the seat in front.
- Overhead Carry-On: Max 22 x 14 x 9 in (including wheels and handles).
- Basic Blue fares include a personal item only.
Checked Baggage
Standard weight limit is 50 lbs (23 kg) per bag with maximum dimensions of 62 linear inches (157 cm).
- 1st Checked Bag: $35 (Included free in Blue Extra & Mint).
- 2nd Checked Bag: $45 (Included free in Mint Suites).
- Overweight Bags (51-70 lbs): +$100 surcharge per bag.
Travel Documentation & Identification
REAL ID requirements, passport validity, and TSA Secure Flight.
Domestic Travel (Within the U.S.)
All passengers aged 18 and older must present an acceptable government photo ID at TSA security checkpoints.
- REAL ID-compliant state driver's license or state ID card
- Valid U.S. or foreign passport
- DHS Trusted Traveler card (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI)
- U.S. Department of Defense ID
International Travel
Passports must have at least six (6) months of validity remaining beyond your return date.
- Valid unexpired passport with adequate blank pages
- Tourist or business visa for destination country (if applicable)
- Return ticket or proof of onward travel
- Customs and electronic immigration declarations (ESTA, eTA, etc.)
